Streams of Comfort

This month’s topic is water. From the grand ocean that licks our shores to the drops in our cups. That substance that begs questions of life, creation, and destruction. Water is everywhere and it is one of the few physical things that is always present no matter where you go. Even in the driest of deserts, you will find water. One reason we chose this topic is because of  studying Genesis 1. We realized that water is an important biblical concept and that it is not always the protagonist. The same can be said of the water in our daily lives. We want to explore with you all the different ways water takes form, shapes our lives, and brings us comfort during difficult times. This month we hope you notice the water around you. Not like the goldfish in a tank that swims in it, but never knows or understands the vital role the water plays. Let us open our eyes, minds, and hearts to the blessing that is water. We pray that you continue to be encouraged.
