Streams of Comfort

It’s the fifth week of the month, so we decided to do a special post! We both chose to write a poem about the same topic. You will see two posts, one from each of us, titled “The Swell”. We both explore, from our own perspectives, water in the form of a swell. In the editing process, we found that the two posts relate to one another. Antoinette’s post sets the scene and mine explores the deep emotions of the characters she depicts. It was interesting to discover that though we wrote these poems independently they could be read side by side. We will continue to do a special post the fifth week of every month, further delving into the differences in our styles of creativity.
